Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 can red kidney beans
  • 1 teaspoon steak sauce
  • 1 (32 oz.) can tomatoes
  • 1 can whole corn
  • 1 can string beans
  • basil
  • dried mustard
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown onions, green pepper, and ground beef in oil.
  2. Add all vegetables, steak sauce, basil, and dried mustard.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes.
