Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 c. whipping cream
  • 3/4 c. Blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. green onion, sliced
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine ground turkey with crumbled blue cheese, sliced green onion, Worcestershire sauce, and salt.
  2. Shape the mixture into 24 meatballs.
  3. Cook the meatballs in butter until cooked through.
  4. Remove the meatballs with a slotted spoon and place in a serving dish.
  5. Add whipping cream to the pan drippings.
  6. Cook over medium heat, stirring, for about 5 minutes to make a glaze.
  7. Spoon the glaze over the meatballs before serving.
