- 1/4 cup water ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch ⓘ
- 1/4 cup sugar ⓘ
- 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained ⓘ
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened ⓘ
- 1 cup powdered sugar ⓘ
Instructions
- Combine flour, baking powder, and 2 tablespoons of sugar in a bowl.
- Cut in the softened margarine until the mixture resembles coarse meal.
- Stir in 1/2 cup chopped pecans.
- Press the mixture into a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes and let cool completely.
