- Add brown Sugar Twin, melted margarine, instant coffee powder, and vanilla to the eggs; mix well.
- Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Stir the flour mixture into the egg mixture until well combined.
- Add the mashed bananas and fold in the whipped dry milk mixture.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until tests done.
