Broccoli Ham Stromboli

Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb deli ham
  • 1/4 lb mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup broccoli, chopped
  • 4 oz mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 ball pizza dough

Instructions

  1. Flatten out the pizza dough on a 12 x 15-inch rectangular baking stone or pan. Brush with Dijon mustard to taste.
  2. Lay down half of the sliced deli ham on the dough.
  3. Combine chopped mushrooms, mozzarella cheese, chopped onion, and chopped broccoli; spread this mixture evenly over the ham slices.
  4. Use a garlic press to press 2 cloves of garlic over the mixture.
  5. Layer the remaining ham slices on top of the vegetable and cheese mixture.
  6. Bring the sides of the dough together and seal the ends to enclose the filling.
  7. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
