Broccoli Ham Stromboli

- Flatten out the pizza dough on a 12 x 15-inch rectangular baking stone or pan. Brush with Dijon mustard to taste.
- Lay down half of the sliced deli ham on the dough.
- Combine chopped mushrooms, mozzarella cheese, chopped onion, and chopped broccoli; spread this mixture evenly over the ham slices.
- Use a garlic press to press 2 cloves of garlic over the mixture.
- Layer the remaining ham slices on top of the vegetable and cheese mixture.
- Bring the sides of the dough together and seal the ends to enclose the filling.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
