Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. fettuccine
  • 1 lb. uncooked shrimp, deveined
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pkg. frozen broccoli florets
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package directions and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, sauté the shrimp and minced garlic in olive oil until the shrimp turn pink.
  3. Remove the cooked shrimp from the skillet and keep warm.
  4. In the same skillet, combine the cream cheese, milk, and Parmesan cheese; cook until the cheeses are melted and the mixture is smooth.
  5. Add the frozen broccoli florets to the sauce and cook until heated through.
  6. Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and stir to combine.
  7. Serve the shrimp and broccoli Alfredo over the cooked fettuccine.
