Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/3 cup fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 can or package green beans

Instructions

  1. Mix 1/4 cup soup, ground beef, bread crumbs, chopped onion, egg, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into 4 to 6 mounds and flatten each into a circle.
  3. Turn up the edge of each meat circle to form a 1/2-inch rim, creating a cup shape.
  4. Place the meat cups in a shallow baking pan.
  5. Combine the remaining soup with the green beans.
  6. Spoon the bean mixture into the meat cups.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until cooked through and browned on top.
