Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 1 cup croutons
  • dash salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 anchovy fillets
  • 1 egg
  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 1/4 cup crumbled Blue cheese
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Crush garlic and combine with salad oil. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  2. Add salt, dry mustard, ground pepper, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and anchovy fillets to the garlic and oil mixture.
  3. Refrigerate the dressing.
  4. Boil the egg.
