Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar ⓘ
- 1/2 c. oil ⓘ
- 1/4 c. vinegar ⓘ
- 1 Tbsp. water ⓘ
- 1 tsp. salt ⓘ
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 can green beans, drained and chopped ⓘ
- 1 can LeSueur peas, drained ⓘ
- 1 small can Shoe Peg corn, drained ⓘ
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped pimentos ⓘ
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped ⓘ
Instructions
- Combine sugar, oil, vinegar, water, salt, and pepper in a bowl to make the dressing.
- In a large bowl, add drained and chopped green beans, drained peas, shoe peg corn, chopped pimentos, chopped celery, chopped bell pepper, and chopped green onions.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Cover and let the salad set overnight in the refrigerator before serving.
