Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 can green beans, drained and chopped
  • 1 can LeSueur peas, drained
  • 1 small can Shoe Peg corn, drained
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped pimentos
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, oil, vinegar, water, salt, and pepper in a bowl to make the dressing.
  2. In a large bowl, add drained and chopped green beans, drained peas, shoe peg corn, chopped pimentos, chopped celery, chopped bell pepper, and chopped green onions.
  3. Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Cover and let the salad set overnight in the refrigerator before serving.
