Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 onions
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 can chicken noodle soup
  • 1 pkg. medium noodles
  • 2 cans whole kernel corn (undrained)
  • 1 jar pimentos, drained
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Fry onions and green pepper in margarine until tender.
  2. Mix the cooked vegetables with canned mushrooms, chicken noodle soup, noodles, whole kernel corn, drained pimentos, and chicken broth in a pan.
  3. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese on top.
  4. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes.
  5. Turn off the oven and let the dish linger in the oven for 1 hour before serving.
