Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 4 large carrots
  • 1 medium onion

Instructions

  1. Saute ground beef and minced onion in butter in a skillet until browned.
  2. Add coarsely chopped carrots and tomato soup to the skillet.
  3. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes.
