Carrot Tzimmes

Instructions
- Cook bones in water for at least 1 hour with salt, pepper and onion.
- Skim fat off top.
- Peel and slice carrots.
- Peel and cut potatoes.
- Add prunes and sugar to pot.
- If Knaidlach are used, place on bottom of pot between bones in the liquid.
- Then, add all vegetables.
- Cover tightly and cook all together for at least 1 hour over low heat.
- Serves 8.
