- Cook the egg noodles according to the package directions and drain.
- Brown the ground round steak and chopped onion in a skillet; drain excess fat.
- Add the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, milk, chopped green pepper, chopped celery, mushroom pieces, and cashew nuts to the beef mixture.
- Combine the cooked noodles with the mixture and transfer to a greased casserole dish.
