- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Saute chopped mushrooms in 4 tablespoons of butter until well browned.
- Add heavy cream, shredded Cheddar cheese, seasoned salt, and cayenne pepper. Stir until the cheese melts and mixture is smooth.
- Remove from heat and place the mixture in the freezer until it becomes solid.
- Remove from freezer and slice into 12 equal pieces.
- Dip chicken breasts in beaten eggs, then coat with chopped pork rinds.
- Place coated chicken on a baking sheet and bake until cooked through and golden.
