Ingredients

  • 4 oz. Cheddar cheese
  • 6 strips bacon
  • 1 pt. heavy cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cup broccoli (frozen)
  • 1 pie crust

Instructions

  1. Bake the pie crust for 10 minutes.
  2. Cook the bacon until crispy and crumble it.
  3. Beat all four eggs in a bowl.
  4. Saute chopped onion and frozen broccoli until tender.
