Ingredients

  • 1 cup Minute rice
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 1 package frozen peas
  • 2 cups diced turkey
  • 1 can cheese soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cheese crackers, finely crushed
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Prepare the rice and add minced onion to it.
  2. Transfer the rice mixture to a greased casserole dish and sprinkle with frozen peas.
  3. Add diced turkey over the peas.
  4. Mix cheese soup with milk until smooth, then pour over the rice, turkey, and peas in the casserole.
  5. Sprinkle finely crushed cheese crackers on top.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
