Ingredients

  • 3 cups squash
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2/3 cup Pet milk
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1 cup grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook squash, salt, pepper, and onion for 15 minutes or until tender.
  2. Drain off water from the cooked vegetables.
  3. Add butter to the squash mixture and stir.
  4. Soak bread crumbs in milk and beat with an electric mixer.
  5. Beat in eggs into the bread crumb mixture.
  6. Add the squash mixture to the bread crumb and egg mixture and beat thoroughly.
