Ingredients

  • 4 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 1/2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 package frozen broccoli
  • 1 package frozen cauliflower
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pound cubed Velveeta cheese

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the chicken bouillon cubes in 1 quart of water.
  2. Add diced celery, carrots, potatoes, and onions to the broth.
  3. Cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Add frozen broccoli and cauliflower, then cook for an additional 15 minutes.
  5. Stir in the cream of chicken soup and cubed Velveeta cheese; heat until melted and heated through, then serve.
