- Heat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and chopped onion.
- Drain off all fat from the beef.
- Stir in prepared mustard, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Spread half of the beef mixture evenly into the bottom of one pie crust-lined pan.
- Top with cubed processed cheese spread.
- Add the remaining beef mixture over the cheese.
- Spread evenly and drizzle with ketchup.
- Sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese.
- Cover with the second pie crust, seal the edges, and flute.
- Cut holes in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until golden brown.
