Cheesy Pork Casserole

- Crumble pork into a 3-quart casserole dish. Stir in chopped mushrooms and chopped onion. Cover with heavy-duty clear plastic wrap.
- Microwave at High for 5 to 7 minutes until pork is cooked, stirring twice. Drain excess fat. Cook and drain the egg noodles separately.
- Add cooked noodles, 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese, drained peas, cream of mushroom soup, salt, and pepper to the casserole.
- Stir well to combine. Cover and microwave at Medium for 9 to 11 minutes until thoroughly heated, stirring once.
- Sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese, cover, and microwave at Medium for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes until cheese is melted.
