Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 can water
  • 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 package cooked egg noodles
  • 2 cans drained tuna

Instructions

  1. Saute chopped onions in margarine until tender.
  2. Dilute the cream of celery soup with half a can of water and stir into the onions and margarine.
  3. Stir in grated Cheddar cheese, cooked egg noodles, drained tuna, and chopped pimentos.
  4. Pour the mixture into a buttered casserole dish and top with paprika.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
