Ingredients

  • 2 cups minced fish
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups rolled fine soda crackers
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted margarine
  • 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Put the mixture into clam shells or small baking dishes.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and place under the broiler until slightly browned.
