Instructions
- Wash and pat dry each chicken breast.
- Melt butter in a long baking dish.
- Place chicken breasts in the dish, flesh side down.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Arrange side by side in the dish.
- Divide chopped green onions and sliced garlic evenly and place between or under the chicken pieces.
- Combine sour cream with Worcestershire sauce and pour over the chicken.
- Sprinkle with bread crumbs and Hungarian paprika.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 1 1/2 hours.
- After 30 minutes of baking, add half of the white wine and continue baking for 20 minutes.
- Add the remaining white wine and bake until done.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
