Ingredients

  • 4 whole chicken breasts, halved
  • 2 3/4 c. whipping cream
  • butter
  • 1/8 tsp. crushed rosemary leaves
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
  • hot cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Brown chicken in butter.
  2. Combine whipping cream, rosemary, garlic and soup; mix.
  3. Place browned chicken in casserole; sprinkle with mushrooms.
  4. Pour soup mixture over all.
  5. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
  6. Serve over rice.
