- Place dry, uncooked rice in a 9 x 13-inch pan or larger if doubling the recipe.
- Break up bouillon cubes or granules over the dry rice.
- Sprinkle dry onion soup over the rice.
- Add diced green pepper and mushrooms on top.
- Pour cold water over all ingredients.
- Place uncooked chicken breasts over the mixture.
- Dollop mushroom soup concentrate over the chicken in globs.
- Top with sliced almonds.
- Bake at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours.
