Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 chicken breasts
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • flour

Instructions

  1. Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, garlic salt, and paprika; set aside.
  2. Beat eggs and cooking oil; set aside.
  3. Melt butter in a pan.
  4. Flour the chicken breasts.
  5. Dip the floured chicken in the egg mixture, then dip in the bread crumb mixture.
  6. Fry the chicken gently on moderate heat, browning on both sides.
  7. Cook for about 15 minutes until fully cooked.
