Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 2/3 cup warm water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 cup chopped cooked chicken or turkey
  • 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon minced onion
  • 3 1/4 cups flour

Instructions

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water in a large warm bowl.
  2. Add sugar, salt, margarine, and 1 1/2 cups of flour; beat until smooth.
  3. Stir in enough flour to make a soft dough.
  4. Knead the dough for 6 to 8 minutes.
  5. Set in a greased bowl; turn to grease the top.
  6. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
  7. Punch dough down and divide in half.
  8. Roll each half into a 10-inch circle.
