Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 Tbsp onion flakes
  • 1 head broccoli
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp paprika
  • boneless chicken breasts
  • 16 oz can peaches
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Melt butter with paprika and onion flakes.
  2. Dip boneless chicken breasts in the butter mixture, then bake at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes.
  3. While the chicken cooks, cook the broccoli and drain it.
  4. Drain the can of peaches.
  5. Arrange cooked broccoli, baked chicken, and peaches in a shallow pan.
  6. Mix mayonnaise and sour cream to make the sauce and pour over the ingredients in the pan.
  7. Broil the assembled dish for 3 to 4 minutes until lightly browned.
