Ingredients

  • 2 whole chicken breasts, halved, skinned and boned
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
  • 2 teaspoons chopped chives
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (8 oz) can refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 (4 oz) can sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup dry white wine
  • 1/2 cup dairy sour cream

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a skillet, sauté chicken breasts in butter with dried rosemary, chopped chives, and pepper until almost cooked.
  3. Separate the refrigerated crescent roll dough into 8 triangles.
  4. Place 4 triangles on a large cookie sheet.
  5. Put one piece of cooked chicken on each triangle.
  6. Cover each chicken piece with another triangle and seal the edges.
  7. Bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
