Chicken Minnetonka

Ingredients
- 2 whole chicken breasts, halved, skinned and boned ⓘ
- 1/4 cup butter ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed ⓘ
- 2 teaspoons chopped chives ⓘ
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper ⓘ
- 1 (8 oz) can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 tablespoon flour ⓘ
- 1 (4 oz) can sliced mushrooms ⓘ
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup dry white wine ⓘ
- 1/2 cup dairy sour cream ⓘ
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375°F.
- In a skillet, sauté chicken breasts in butter with dried rosemary, chopped chives, and pepper until almost cooked.
- Separate the refrigerated crescent roll dough into 8 triangles.
- Place 4 triangles on a large cookie sheet.
- Put one piece of cooked chicken on each triangle.
- Cover each chicken piece with another triangle and seal the edges.
- Bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
