Ingredients

  • 6 c. chicken broth
  • 1 medium potato
  • 1 sliced carrot
  • 1 rib celery, sliced
  • 1/4 lb. green beans
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1/2 c. frozen peas
  • 1 c. diced cooked chicken
  • 1/4 lb. sliced mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Bring chicken broth to a boil in a large pot.
  2. Add potato, sliced carrot, sliced celery, green beans, and sliced onion to the boiling broth.
  3. Cook for 12 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  4. Add diced cooked chicken, frozen peas, and sliced mushrooms to the pot.
  5. Simmer everything for an additional 10 minutes before serving.
