Chicken With Squash

- Pour a thin layer of cooking oil into a large deep skillet.
- Chop the chicken breasts into 2-inch pieces.
- Cook the chicken on medium heat until browned.
- Season the chicken with black pepper and garlic salt.
- Slice the zucchini into 1/2-inch thick pieces, then cut each slice into quarters.
- Add the zucchini to the skillet and cook with the chicken for a couple of minutes.
- Dice the onion and add it to the skillet, letting it brown.
- Dice the tomatoes and add them to the skillet with the other ingredients.
- Add the can of yellow corn along with its water.
- Cover the skillet and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Serve the dish somewhat soupy.
