Chicken With Squash

Ingredients

  • cooking oil
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • black pepper
  • garlic salt
  • 4 medium zucchinis
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 2 medium tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Pour a thin layer of cooking oil into a large deep skillet.
  2. Chop the chicken breasts into 2-inch pieces.
  3. Cook the chicken on medium heat until browned.
  4. Season the chicken with black pepper and garlic salt.
  5. Slice the zucchini into 1/2-inch thick pieces, then cut each slice into quarters.
  6. Add the zucchini to the skillet and cook with the chicken for a couple of minutes.
  7. Dice the onion and add it to the skillet, letting it brown.
  8. Dice the tomatoes and add them to the skillet with the other ingredients.
  9. Add the can of yellow corn along with its water.
  10. Cover the skillet and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
  11. Serve the dish somewhat soupy.
