Ingredients
- 1 lb. skinless chicken breasts ⓘ
- 1/4 cup Liquid Butter Buds ⓘ
- 1 (8 oz.) can golden cream of mushroom soup
- 1 beef bouillon cube ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon poppy seed ⓘ
- 1 (8 oz.) can bamboo shoots ⓘ
- 1/2 cup celery, sliced
- 1/2 cup onion, sliced ⓘ
- 1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms ⓘ
- 1 small green pepper strips ⓘ
Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into 1 1/2-inch pieces.
- Brown chicken in a skillet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Stir in Liquid Butter Buds, cream of mushroom soup, water, beef bouillon cube, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, curry powder, and poppy seed.
- Mix well.
- Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
