Ingredients

  • 10 boned chicken breasts
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 10 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup sherry (optional)
  • 2 cups Pepperidge Farm stuffing
  • Slivered almonds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix together the cream of chicken soup and sherry.
  2. Sauté margarine and add the stuffing dressing.
  3. Place the soup mixture over the chicken and Swiss cheese.
  4. Spread the stuffing dressing over all ingredients.
  5. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
