Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except cheese and chilies.
- Pour half of the batter into an iron skillet.
- Cover with half of the cheese and chopped green chilies.
- Add the remaining batter on top, then cover with the rest of the cheese and chilies.
- Bake at 400°F for 45 minutes.
- Cool for 10 minutes before removing from the skillet.
