Ingredients

- 2 cups pumpkin
- 1 cup vegetable oil ⓘ
- 1 cup All-Bran cereal ⓘ

Instructions
- Sift together the flour, spices, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar.
- Beat the eggs until foamy.
- Add the pumpkin, vegetable oil, and All-Bran cereal to the eggs and mix well.
- Gradually beat in the dry ingredients until combined.
- Stir in the chocolate chips and chopped nuts.
- Spread the batter in an ungreased tube pan or Bundt pan.
- Bake in a preheated 350°F (175°C) oven for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
