- Mix flour and margarine together and press into a 7 1/2 x 12 inch glass baking dish.
- Bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool completely.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in half of the 9 oz. Cool Whip.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
- In a separate bowl, prepare the instant chocolate pudding mix with 2 1/2 cups of milk according to package instructions.
- Let the pudding set for a few minutes.
- Spread the pudding evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with the remaining Cool Whip.
