- In a medium bowl, cream together margarine, cream cheese, and powdered sugar.
- In a large bowl, mix together milk, pudding, and Cool Whip.
- In a larger bowl, fold the two mixtures together.
- Layer cookies at the bottom of a flowerpot or serving dish.
- Add a layer of the pudding mixture over the cookies.
- Repeat layering cookies and pudding mixture until all are used, ending with cookie crumbs on top.
- Refrigerate or freeze until ready to serve, preferably overnight.
- To serve, place the flower in the center of the pot and use a shovel or scoop to serve.
