- Mix margarine, flour, and pecans.
- Spread the mixture in a 2-quart Pyrex dish.
- Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
- Allow to cool.
- Beat together cream cheese (room temperature), Cool Whip, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Spread this mixture on top of the cooled crust.
- Mix chocolate pudding with milk and beat for about 2 minutes.
- Spread the pudding over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with remaining Cool Whip.
- Shave part of a small Hershey bar on top of the final layer.
