Ingredients

  • 1 package Kraft macaroni and cheese dinner
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped green peppers
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Kraft macaroni and cheese dinner as directed on the package.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add sliced celery, chopped green peppers, and chopped onion to the beef; cook until tender.
  4. Stir in the drained corn, tomato sauce, salt, and pepper; cook for another few minutes.
  5. Combine the cooked macaroni with the beef and vegetable mixture; mix well.
  6. Pour the mixture into a 2-quart casserole dish.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 to 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
