Ingredients

  • 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 8 oz. shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch dish.
  2. Sprinkle with paprika on top.
  3. Cover with foil and bake at 375°F for 1 hour.
  4. Remove foil during the last few minutes to brown the top.
