- Sift first four ingredients. Cream butter. Add sugar and eggs, one at a time. Add sifted dry ingredients, mix alternately with sour cream. Beat after each addition. Begin and end with flour.
- In 9x9 pan, place half batter, half topping, repeat. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
