Ingredients

  • 2 lb. carrots, cooked and cooled
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 onion, sliced or diced
  • 1 green pepper, sliced or diced
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. vinegar

Instructions

  1. Combine tomato soup, oil, vinegar, and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Add sliced or diced onion, green pepper, and Worcestershire sauce to the boiling mixture.
  3. Allow the mixture to simmer for a few minutes to meld flavors.
  4. Add cooked and cooled carrots to the marinade and stir to coat.
  5. Refrigerate the marinated carrots until chilled before serving.
