  • 2 pt. sour cream
  • 3 tsp. Accent
  • 4 (12 oz.) pkg. fine noodles
  • 2 lb. ground beef

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions.
  2. Brown ground beef and chopped onions in a skillet.
  3. In a large mixing pan, combine cooked noodles, browned meat, onions, corn, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, salt, pepper, and Accent.
  4. Mix well and transfer to two large pans.
  5. At this point, the casserole can be refrigerated for storage overnight.
  6. Before baking, top the casserole with grated Cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 20 to 30 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
