  • 2 large baking potatoes, peeled, washed and diced into small cubes
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 3 oz. flour
  • 1-1/2 oz. butter
  • 6 oz. small cooked shrimp

Instructions

  1. Put the chicken broth, milk, diced potatoes, and drained corn in a large pot, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
