- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Melt butter in a large baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine beaten eggs, cream-style corn, drained Shoe Peg corn, oleo, cornmeal, sour cream, cubed Monterey Jack cheese, cubed sharp Cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and chopped green chilies.
- Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish with melted butter.
- Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until the pie is firm when pressed in the center.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. The corn meal on top will form a thin crust.
