Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons salad oil
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 large ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 cup chopped cranberries
  • 1 apple, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup raisins

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix self-rising flour, sugar, salad oil, milk, eggs, and mashed banana in a large bowl.
  3. Fold in chopped cranberries, chopped apple, chopped walnuts, and raisins.
  4. Spoon the batter into a greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
