Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 1/4 lb. broccoli, sliced
  • 1 1/2 c. cooked and diced ham
  • 1 c. sliced celery
  • 10 oz. peas and carrots
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. marjoram
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Melt the margarine in a large skillet or saucepan.
  2. Add the sliced broccoli, cooked and diced ham, sliced celery, peas and carrots, chopped onion, salt, marjoram, and pepper.
  3. Cook and stir for 10 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in the mayonnaise and milk until well combined.
  5. Add the shredded Cheddar cheese and cook until the cheese melts and the mixture is heated through.
