Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chuck
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can Ranch Style beans
  • 3 Tbsp chili powder
  • lettuce, shredded
  • tomatoes, diced
  • green onions, chopped
  • Fritos
  • 3/4 lb cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp onion salt
  • sliced ripe olives (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground chuck and chopped onions in a skillet.
  2. Drain well to remove excess fat.
  3. Add Ranch Style beans to the meat mixture.
  4. Simmer on low heat for a few minutes to combine flavors.
  5. Stir in grated cheese and heat until melted.
  6. Place Fritos on a serving plate.
  7. Top with the meat and cheese mixture.
  8. Add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and chopped green onions on top.
