Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 lb beef
  • 1 envelope chili mix
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • flour tortillas
  • 1 to 2 cups cheese
  • flour
  • water
  • oil
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup green pepper
  • 1/4 cup green onion

Instructions

  1. Cut beef into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Roll the beef in seasoned flour.
  3. Fry the beef until browned in 1 tablespoon of oil.
  4. In a measuring cup, combine tomato sauce and chili mix.
  5. Fill the mixture with water to make 2 cups total, then mix.
  6. Pour the sauce mixture into the crock-pot with the browned beef.
  7. Cook on medium-low for several hours until the meat is tender.
  8. Spoon the beef mixture into tortillas, add cheese, and roll up.
  9. Top the burritos with sauce and more cheese, then microwave to melt the cheese.
