Crockpot Beef Bourguignon
Ingredients
- 1 cup Red Wine ⓘ
- 10- 3/4 ounces, weight Canned Condensed Cream Of Celery Soup
- 10- 3/4 ounces, weight Canned Condensed Cream Of Mushroom Soup ⓘ
- 2 pounds Beef Chunks ⓘ
- 1 envelope Dry Onion Soup Mix, 1 Ounce Packet ⓘ
- 4 ounces, weight Canned Sliced Mushrooms, Drained ⓘ
- 1 Medium Onion, Chopped ⓘ
- 1 Green Pepper, Stem And Seeds Removed, Then Chopped ⓘ
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced ⓘ
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning ⓘ
Instructions
- Combine everything in a crockpot and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours or until the beef is fork-tender.
- This also could cook in a covered Dutch oven for 3 hours in a 300 F oven.
- Serve over egg noddles.
